Vacuum Hopper Loader (Model - YT-AL 800G)

Hopper loader is the plastic feeding machine that sucks the plastic pellet using suction pipe and connection hose pipe and releases the plastic in the hopper dryer for preheating to reduce the moisture content for the plastic pellets.

In Hopper Loader separated the vacuum machine is separated from the loader unit. When the vacuum machine is on the hopper loader is ready to suck the plastic pellets from the tank. 

Suction time (1-20 sec)will be set for sucking the plastic pellets and delay time is set, to stop sucking just a while to release the plastic pellet and loader to empty. When the loader is empty the suction time is set again and the process is going on.

When loader is overloaded the arm will be raised in the main.

The sucking plastic pellets flow through the connection pipe and fill it in the loader unit. From the hopper older the plastic granules released to the hopper dryer.
